No. To make shopping easier for our customers in the European Union & United Kingdom, all prices on Bacika Paris already include VAT and customs duties.
We ship everything Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) — which means we handle all VAT and import fees, so you won't have to pay anything extra at checkout or upon delivery.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our courier's website.
Yes, Bacika Paris ships worldwide. If you're shopping from outside the EU/UK/Middle East, please contact us at 'bacika.com/pages/contact' for specific shipping information for your region.
Our courier will attempt to deliver your package. If you're not available, they will either:
- Leave the package in a safe place
- Leave a card with instructions on how to reschedule delivery or collect from a local depot
- Attempt delivery again the next business day

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer a 14-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it without any questions.
To return an item:

- We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions
- Package your item(s) securely in their original packaging if possible
- Attach the return label provided
- Ship the package using the specified carrier
